Working with Realtors; Does Experience Matter?
Experienced real estate agents have significantly higher success rates and sell their listings for an average of $26,000 more than those listed with rookie agents.

Experience matters
Whether you’re hiring a lawyer, doctor, accountant, loan officer or realtor, these are professionals that you hire for their experience and nothing underscores that more than the disparity between realtors than those with two years’ experience and those who have just three additional years versus the average. Additionally, if you are considering purchasing a foreclosed home or making an offer of short-sale (either buying or selling) most agents only had experience with one of those transactions last year, just one!  Changing a tire once an average of once per year hardly qualifies you or me to be on Pit Row behind the wall at Charlotte Motor Speedway on any given race day, so why would you allow the same of a real estate broker?

Since relocating from Northern Michigan in 2007 I have lived in Garner (27529) with my wife Melanie and our four children. 1. Very good and concise information. You must give me advice with video blogging as I have been wanting to do it, but have yet to start. I think it could be good for business.
