If I had to sum up my experience, it would be this; never discount the power of the Internet and a well-crafted letter. If you have a problem with your mortgage company, and its legitimate. If they are non-responsive to your calls and letters, don’t be shy. Post it online where everyone can glean from your experience. If they care, they will reach out to you to resolve it. If however, your claim is not legitimate, don’t expect much; but post it anyway, maybe it will make you feel better.
