Step 5 Receive a Good Faith Estimate and Disclosures from your Loan Officer

These are all of the state and federally mandated disclosures that outline the details of the loan that you will be taking out to complete your purchase. You’ll need sign and return them to you loan officer as soon as possible because nothing can happen without them.
