As if we needed another reason to be optimistic about the economy and overall health of things to come in Raleigh / Cary North Carolina, yet we keep getting reports like this;

CARY – HCL Technologies, the fourth largest information technology company in India, this year is planning to add 200 workers at the company’s 300-employee center in Cary, bearing out what analysts describe as an “aggressive competitor” for business in North America.
Rahul Singh, head of operations for HCL’s Global Delivery Center in Cary as well as another such center in Mexico, says 75 of the 200 workers added in Cary will be hired in the next two months.
