Next, make sure your loan officer is acutely aware of how long your LOCAL USDA service center is taking to approve Guaranteed Rural Housing Loan Applications.

Once those tow numbers have been established, then it’s just a matter of adding those two timeframes together and then adding a little extra slack just to cover holidays, weather delays, or any other unknown known.
